Unable to read/write frequency normally

1. Firstly, confirm if the frequency writing software matches the model of the machine. If it does not match, please replace the frequency writing software.
2. If there is an error message "failed to open serial port" when writing frequency, first check if the driver of the writing frequency cable has been successfully installed. After installation, you can right-click on "My Computer", select "Device Manager", and then select "Port" to see the port number (com x) assigned by the system after the driver is successfully installed. After the driver installation is successful, go to the "Settings" menu of the frequency writing software and select the port number under "Communication Port".
3. If there is an error message "Please check all connection cables and ports", please check if the power supply of the walkie talkie is turned on. Otherwise, please replace the writing frequency cable.
4. Use the replacement method to test if there is a problem with the writing frequency line. Take a walkie talkie that can be used to write frequency and test the writing frequency line. If it cannot be written, it can be determined that there is a problem with the writing frequency line. If it can be written, it indicates that there is a problem with the walkie talkie and the internal circuit
